Do you need support with decisions and a change of perspective?
Do you want a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others?
Do you want to openly and confidentially discuss topics related to sexuality?
Do you want to understand and break your own patterns?
Is there an issue you would like to address with someone?
I see myself as a queer- and BDSM-friendly contact person. I counsel individuals and all types of relationships – whether relationship anarchy, polyamory, or (open) dyadic relationships.
If you are looking for a companion on your path, I would be happy to support you.
I work systemically. That means: You are the expert of your own experiences.
Your soul is wise – and your previous solutions were ways to survive.
I want to develop impulses together with you. I don't help you – I accompany you in discovering and utilizing your own resources.
I look forward to hearing from you!
I am a licensed systemic psychological psychotherapist (since September 2024), an intersectional (queer-)feminist activist, and sex counselor. In my work, I combine therapeutic knowledge with a critical societal stance and a deep curiosity about human relationships.
I completed my psychotherapy training at GST Berlin with a focus on systemic, body- and mindfulness-based methods. I have been working therapeutically since 2019 – currently in private practice for self-paying clients in individual, family, and network settings.
Scientifically, I earned my PhD at the University of Cologne (topic: Mindfulness and Error Processing) and later conducted research at Brown University (USA) on mechanisms of meditation in people with depression and anxiety. I continue to publish scientifically and work as a lecturer at the University of Greifswald where I teach systemic psychotherapy.
Alongside my practice, I engage in artistic activities – writing, painting, photography – and political activism: with Psychologists4Future, feminist reading groups, and advocating for a Green New Deal. I view sexual education as part of a broader societal movement toward collective liberation.
I occasionally work as an expert for MDR.
I am a member of the Sickness Affinity Group, the Murmur Dance Collective, and co-organize Mad Camp Europe.
I see myself as a queer- and BDSM-friendly contact person. I offer counseling to people with fluid sexual orientations, those who do not (want to) identify within the binary gender structure, and individuals who wish to express their kinks and sexual interests freely.
Do you need support with making decisions, gaining a new perspective, or finding a starting point?
Do you want to better understand and break through your own patterns, independent of your current relationship status?
Is there an issue you would like to explore with an external perspective?
I am happy to support you in clarifying your concerns and finding new solutions together.
Relationship counseling is not limited to people in heteronormative, monogamous, closed partnerships.
I counsel people in all types of relationships, including relationship anarchy constellations, polyamorous settings, or open partnerships.
I support negotiation processes, communication, conflict management, and dealing with difficult emotions.
Are you volunteering against climate change, for mobility transition, against patriarchy, for a fairer world, and more?
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, overburdened, or left alone?
Are you experiencing conflicts within your movement or activist group?
Have you been verbally or physically attacked by citizens or police during protests?
Sustainable activism also begins with yourself – I would be happy to support you in building your radical resilience and self-care practices.
As a speaker, I offer workshops and lectures for non-scientific audiences and professionals on topics including Critical Mindfulness, Gender, Sexuality, and Social Psychology.
With a PhD in the neuroscientific mechanisms of mindfulness meditation and research experience at Brown University (USA), I combine deep expertise with a passion for teaching. My aim is to make complex scientific topics accessible to both students and lay audiences.
I am particularly interested in critical perspectives on neuroscience and meditation, the clinical applications of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), focusing on diversity and the (potentially harmful) side effects of meditation. The social aspects of mindfulness-based interventions are also a major research topic of mine.
I have given talks for radio stations (MDR, SWR), participated in panel discussions, and presented research at Nerd Nights.
